Summary: Ladies and gents, Orson Welles. The man who terrorized the nation with his radio reading of "War of the Worlds" is now in a second-rate horror movie no one remembers.

History: Mr. Cato was a man of great command. Mainly because he runs a coven of devil worshipers trying to perfect the art of necromancy. He's doing this so that he may resurrect his dead son. However, this form of necromancy requires that one die in his son's place. Not good.

Notable Kills: None.

Final Fate: Eventually, it seems that Cato has achieved his goals, completing the ritual as his followers lower the replacement six feet under. However, the whole affair is revealed to be a dream, though it most certainly is beginning to happen in real life...

Powers/Abilities: Has mild psychic powers, such as telepathy.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-It's Orson Welles. Of course it's going to be an interesting performance. With that said, it's not hard to sympathize with Cato's motives. It's just a pity that they involve all that death.

Trivia: -Welles is also known for being the director of "Citizen Kane", and for his final performance, the voice of planet destroying robot Unicron in "Transformers: The Movie".

-This film got an 80's re-release in the form of "The Witching", but that's often derided as a jumbled mess that added nothing.
